This page is the dedicated entry point for requesting permanent deletion of your VLTA account and personal data, whether or not you currently have access to the app.
If you cannot access the app, request deletion using the form below. We will respond within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 45 days, as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), with up to an additional 45 days for verification or system propagation.
Or email us directly at support@vlta.io with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your VLTA account.
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity using the email address or phone number on file before processing your request.
If you have an active booking, an in-flight charging session, or outstanding payout/refund obligations, we may need to resolve those before completing your deletion. We will notify you if any such items are pending.
Once the deletion is complete, we will send a final confirmation to the email address on file. After this point, your account cannot be restored.
