For Drivers

Open the app and browse the interactive map for nearby chargers. Tap any pin to see photos, pricing, and availability. Select your date and time slot, review the cost estimate, and tap Book. The host will approve your request shortly.

Pricing varies by location and charger type. You'll always see a full cost estimate before you confirm your booking — no hidden fees.

Yes — VLTA currently requires a Tesla account. We use Tesla's real-time API for vehicle monitoring during charging sessions. Support for other EV brands is on our roadmap.

We offer flexible cancellation. Cancel well in advance for a full refund, with reduced refunds closer to your session. You can cancel directly from the Bookings tab — full details are shown at checkout.

All payments are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption. VLTA never stores your full card details. We also support biometric authentication for an extra layer of security.

For Hosts

Download the VLTA Host app and complete a quick onboarding: verify your identity, link your bank account, then follow the six-step wizard to add your charger with photos, pricing, and availability.

Your earnings depend on your location, charger type, and availability. Hosts who share a few hours a day can build meaningful passive income. You keep the majority of every completed booking.

After a short hold period, you can request a payout anytime. Funds are deposited directly to your linked bank account, typically within a few business days.

Absolutely. Set a recurring weekly schedule with different hours per day, and use date overrides for holidays or special events. You can also toggle your charger offline at any time.

VLTA takes a small platform fee on each completed booking, plus standard payment processing. There are no subscription fees, listing fees, or monthly charges. You only pay when you earn.
